Job Summary
The Registered Nurse develops, implements and evaluates plans of
care for specific patient populations. Coordinates and collaborates
with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and
comprehensive care. Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet
standards as required by specific clinical areas.
Additional experience for specialty areas may be required. Nursing
experience preferred.
Registered Nurse License (RN) - Nursing License -
Compact/Multi-State License is required
Hospital at Home RN is only for SNGH Hospital at Home or SLH
Hospital at Home
Qualifications:
N-2YR - RN-Associate's Degree (Required), N-3YR - RN-Diploma
(Non-degree) (Required), N-4YR - RN-Bachelor's Level Degree
(Required), N-6YR - RN-Master's Level Degree, N-DN - RN-Doctorate
Level Degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart
Association (AHA) RQI, Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing
License - North Carolina, Registered Nurse (RN) Single State -
Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals
(VADHP)
