Project Controls Manager - ( 2500014V )DescriptionWe are

solutions to life.We are seeking to hire a Project Controls Manager
in Washington, DC. The individual will be responsible for providing
project controls expertise to improve Stantec's delivery of
Programs. In this role, you will have oversight of projects and
will support delivery by developing project controls solutions to
identified challenges. This role will be dedicated to a client site
and full-time onsite presence is required.Your Key
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing project controls standards and
procedures, monitor compliance and initiate corrective measures as
necessary.
- Ensuring that all planning and scheduling activities such as
schedule development, project reporting and problem analysis
activities comply with Company and client requirements.
- Providing consultation to the Company, client and
subcontractors in planning, delivery and scheduling
activities.
- Communicating areas of concern to Program Leadership Team.
- Provide QA/QC of cost and scheduling processes, reports, and
utilization.
- Consistently and successfully deploying solutions for key
accounts as assigned.
- Leading large, complex teams through challenging project
assignments and complex client environments.
- Represent project controls tasks in meetings with client,
subcontractors, and others, as required.
- Initiating and maintaining Client relationships to facilitate
program activities.QualificationsYour Capabilities and Credentials
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and
negotiating skills.

- Consistently adhere to and enforce internal Company processes
and policies such as business and contracting rules.
- Must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the

multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong willingness to be a part of a large global engineering
company, and to work with teams in other offices around the
world.
- Direct experience in developing and updating cost and resource
loaded schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and other
database programs, web-based tools and spreadsheets.
- Experience in project management systems and software including
Primavera, e-Builder, PMWeb, Aconex, or similar, with integrating
project management systems with ERP systems including Oracle and JD
Edwards.
- Experience in mapping complex business processes and developing
efficiencies using Visio.
- Demonstrated experience in development of Work Breakdown
Structure (WBS), scheduling and schedule analysis, cost estimating
and cost control, budget development, reporting and record/document
control.
- Experience in the municipal sector in areas of public works,
utilities, transportation, and industry and on multi-sector
programs is preferred.Education and Experience
- BA/BS in Engineering/Environmental/Construction Management
required.
- Minimum 7 years of program management experience in
infrastructure/buildings/utility projects required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly
desired.Salary Range(s):
- $120,500 - $180,800 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in
WA and DC.The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual
education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At
Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.Benefits Summary: Regular
