DevelopmentYour Mission:Shape the future of learning with us!You
are our all-rounder when it comes to developing and implementing
innovative talent development initiatives. With your eye for what
matters most and your passion for Learning & Development, you will
take on the following responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: You are responsible for our learning and
talent development offerings across Continental Europe. You
continuously evolve these programs in line with strategic
priorities keeping an eye on relevant key performance indicators
(KPIs).
- Creative Learning Concepts and Formats: You take a "hands-on"
approach to designing, planning, organizing and evaluating training
initiatives. You identify learning needs, define suitable formats,
collaborate with internal speakers, and manage partnerships with
external providers, such as trainers and coaches.
- Talent Management: You are in charge of our biannual employee
review process, which you develop continuously.
- Onboarding: Furthermore, you are also responsible for the
design and organization of our onboarding events to ensure a
seamless start for new members of the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: In all operational tasks, you are
supported by HR specialists. Additionally, you work closely with
our HR Business Partners and the HR Services Team.
- Process Optimization and Digitalization: You systematically
adapt the processes in your area to the organization's growth and
drive digitalization efforts forward.
- Project Work: You actively contribute to exciting projects,
such as the implementation of a new talent management system.Your
Profile:You are ready to actively shape the future of learning at
FGS Global and meet the following requirements:
- Experience & Know-how: You have a degree and at least five
years of experience in a comparable role within a dynamic
organization - ideally in a professional services environment
(e.g., law firm, consultancy, agency). Experience in planning and
organizing workshops, training sessions, and events is a plus.
- Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management: You are
reliable, service-oriented, and an excellent communicator, which
helps you earn the trust of your stakeholders.
- Structure and Reliability: You work independently, in a
structured and conscientious manner, and you handle confidential
matters with the utmost discretion.
- Agility and Multitasking: A fast-paced environment energizes
and inspires you. Your organizational skills allow you to manage
multiple projects simultaneously with success.
- Language and IT Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken
English is essential for this role, as is confident use of MS
Office applications (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and
Word). German is a plus.
- Willingness to Travel: You are open to occasional travel within
Continental Europe (several times a year).What do we offer
