A company is looking for a Senior Director, Continuous
Improvement Provider Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy
for provider engagement and performance
Identify areas for improvement through data analysis and
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Lead critical ad hoc and strategic initiatives to enhance provider
engagement and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or a
related field required
Master's Degree preferred
5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role focused on
continuous improvement in the healthcare industry
In-depth knowledge of provider engagement strategies and
performance improvement methodologies required
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive
strategic initiatives
