Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Network Development
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and performance of the healthcare provider
network, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance network
operations and drive cost savings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain strong
relationships with providers and optimize network performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,
Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
Ten or more years of experience in the Insurance industry with
progression to senior leadership roles
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead in a matrixed
organization
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the
organization
Clean credit history as reported by credit report
