Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
Reporting to the Director of Dining Services, the Sustainability
Manager oversees all aspects of the Department's Sustainability
programs; grant management; research; energy management. The Campus
Pantry, The Farmers Market, Terp Farm and Food Recovery
Program.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Health,
Environmental Policy, Environmental Management, Environmental
Science, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of sustainability management and leadership with
at least 3 years of supervisory experience of professional and
para-professional staff. A Master's degree may be substituted for
two years of supervisory experience. Additional experience in
sustainability leadership may be substituted for the degree.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Preferences:
Must have, or obtain within 90 days of hire and maintain a Prince
George's County Food Service Manager Certification.
Additional Information:
Salary range is $82,966 to $95,000.
