responsibilities
We seek a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as
an Inside Sales and Marketing Specialist for the optical thermal
metrology products and services business. The Inside Sales and
Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales
growth and enhancing our market presence in the thermal metrology
test instruments and services business. This position involves
generating leads, nurturing client relationships, providing
customer service and executing marketing strategies to support our
sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels,
including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and
existing customers, understanding their needs and providing
tailored solutions.
- Manage inquiries, screen incoming leads, processing orders,
ensuring on-time delivery, and providing support via all
communication channels
- Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute
campaigns that promote our products and services.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures,
presentations, and digital content to support sales efforts.
- Coordinate marketing activities and events
- Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide sales and technical
information on products, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule customer meetings, support product demonstrations and
presentations to showcase our instruments' capabilities.
- Support testing services, incoming inquiries, quoting, sample
management and communicating customer deliveries and results.
- Market Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer
feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and sales
forecasts.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure a
cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Participate in occasional trade shows and industry events to
promote our brand and products.Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, and
marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, graphics design, website
management and CRM system experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize
tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the test and measurement instrumentation market is
